These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Eventix, an event ticketing and management software developed and distributed through Envato Market.
By purchasing, installing, or using Eventix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the software.
2. License & Usage
Eventix is licensed under the Envato Market License, not sold.
A Regular License allows use on one end product (one domain).
An Extended License is required if the end product is sold to end users or used in a commercial SaaS environment.
One license = one installation (domain or subdomain).
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Eventix
- Share the source code publicly
- Use one license on multiple domains
3. Support Policy
Support is provided via email or contact form only.
Support includes:
- Installation guidance
- Configuration assistance
- Bug fixes related to the original package
- Clarification of existing features
Support does not include:
- Custom feature development
- Third-party plugin issues
- Server misconfiguration
- Custom modifications
Support response time is typically 24–48 business hours.
4. Updates
Updates are provided according to your active Envato license.
New features, improvements, and bug fixes may be released periodically.
You are responsible for backing up your files and database before updating.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Securing your server and hosting environment
- Managing backups
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Managing event data, tickets, and user information
Eventix is provided as a self-hosted application.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eventix is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Revenue loss
- Server downtime
- Misuse of the software
In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price of the item.
7. Termination
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your license without refund.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Eventix indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
